Perry Mandera: CEO Of The Custom Companies And A Generous Philanthropist

Perry Mandera is the chief executive officer and founder of the Custom Companies, Inc. He has been working in the field of transportation and logistics since he has served as a Marine for the United States. He now has over 40 years of experience in the sector and serves a customer base that extends from Illinois to the rest of America. He ran for office after returning from the Marines and became the Republican Ward Committeeman for the 26th ward in Chicago in 1984. Back then, he was the youngest person to ever serve in this position, which underscored his commitment to improving his nation.

Perry Mandera has acknowledged that mistakes are simply a part of life and that it is in the learning that people gain the most. He sees himself as having been an impulsive youngster but has since became more of a wise man who listens closely to people. Looking back at his younger years, he regrets nothing and is just glad that he has been able to learn so much from his youth. He loves to share what he has learned over his life to those who will listen, and those who have been patient enough to do so, have learned quite a bit.

Perry Mandera has admitted that he only sleeps for 4 hours or so every night and that it doesn’t affect him at all. He returns calls and catches up on emails in the morning and does the same at night so he can rest easy. He stays very busy communicating with employees, suppliers, and customers throughout the day and spends his lunchtime doing the same. When asked how he brings ideas to life, Mandera responded that he speaks with some of his executives that have been with him for a long time. He also draws on the knowledge from an industrial psychologist and outside consultant who help to look over any new ideas he has. As a modest man, many people don’t know that he is also a philanthropist who donates large amounts of money and time to charitable causes in the Chicago area as well as the rest of the nation.
